This agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("You" or "Your") and ZoomInto.com Inc. regarding your access to and use of ZoomInto.com Inc’s. software and website (the "Site"). Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Indemnification

WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSED OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN YOU AND ZoomInto.com Inc. RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE/SERVICE/SOFTWARE.
